I just want to tell you that I LOVE Discsafe.

My husband was having a lot of problems with his business e-mail account - one of them being that e-mails were actually disappearing. This company account is supported by Nerdsonsite.

You know how fussy I am about other people on my computer and I was keeping an eagle eye on him while he was working on the computer. The "Nerd" representative could not discover the problem. He promised he would get back to us with a solution. It is now 3 days later and we have not heard back from him.

I am not sure if this is connected but after he left, I lost half of the icons on my desktop. You will remember that I have a LOT of icons on my desktop. So, I did not panic, I just shut down the computer, pressed F6 as it was starting up and everything was back in proper order.

I have decided to set up a g-mail account so we will not have these e-mail challenges in the future.

I am SO delighted that I have such an easy solution to my problems.
